About the Artist

Art has always been a part of Pascal Madsen’s life. From an early age, he found joy in creating with his hands and exploring a wide range of artistic mediums. Over the years, that creative journey has included oil and acrylic painting, ceramic sculpture, pottery, mixed media, and floral design. Today, those experiences come together in his signature handcrafted plant wall installations, where art, nature, and thoughtful design intersect.

Pascal graduated from the University of Utah in 2008 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, specializing in ceramic sculpture. His education strengthened his appreciation for composition, texture, form, and craftsmanship—principles that continue to influence every custom piece he creates. His love of nature shows in every piece he has created, and his background as a sculptor gives him a unique perspective on building dimensional artwork that transforms ordinary walls into immersive botanical experiences.

Outside the studio, Pascal has always been passionate about gardening and collecting tropical plants. What began as a personal hobby gradually evolved into a fascination with living walls and preserved botanical art. As friends, family, and clients began commissioning custom pieces, what started as a creative passion steadily grew into something more. When Pascal was unexpectedly laid off from a career of nearly 25 years following a company acquisition, he saw it not as an ending, but as the opportunity he had been waiting for. It was the perfect time to fully dedicate himself to building a business centered on his lifelong passions: creating art and working with plants.

Today, Pascal designs and handcrafts custom preserved moss artwork, living plant walls, and botanical installations for homes, offices and businesses. His goal is to create artwork that is not only visually striking but also feels like a natural extension of the space it inhabits. He believes that every wall has the potential to become a living work of art and is excited to help clients transform their homes and businesses into spaces that inspire, welcome, and leave a lasting impression.
